today’s snacks: 1/2 cup of blackberries, 20 unsalted pretzels and a delicious, simple snack i found on fitmencook.com—banana, nut butter and granola. i had a bit of a hunger attack and that’s not ok right before a workout especially the one i have planned so i had 2 boiled eggs and 4 slices of cucumber. that protein should give my energy a boost i hope.
